La cámara americana de comercio (AMCHAMDR) presentó la décimo octava versión del torneo de golf »Charles T. Manatt Ambassador’s Cup», a realizarse el 25 de marzo en el campo de golf Diente de Perro, Casa de Campo, La Romana, dentro del marco de una rueda de prensa celebrada en la residencia de la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Santo Domingo, donde se ofrecieron los detalles del torneo.
La actividad cuenta con el apoyo de la embajada de los estados unidos en santo domingo, por lo que Patrick Dunn, quien es encargado de negocios de esa institución, estará acompañando en el saque de honor a Gustavo Tavares, presidente de AMCHAMDR y a William Malamud, vicepresidente ejecutivo.
Gustavo Tavares, presidente del consejo de directores de AMCHAMDR, preciso que el torneo ha sido un catalizador de las mejores causas, un espacio para resaltar los valores de la organización y fomentar la ntegracion de los socios. »Ambassador`s Cup 2017 promueve el enfoque de sostenibilidad y buenas practicas de rige a AMCHAMDR, acorde con nuestra misión de contribuir al desarrollo socieconómico, dentro de un ambiente sano, una sociedad y clima de negocios estables», explico Tavares.
Por su parte, Patrick Dunn, hizo énfasis en la importancia de esta iniciativa para la comunidad empresarial dominicana, presentando el torneo como un ejemplo del vinculo que une a la embajada como AMCHAMDR. »es una relación que se ha formado y estrechado durante décadas de trabajo conjunto promoviendo agendas de comercio e inversión entre ambos países», expresó Dunn.
Como tradición, Janiris De Peña, quien es directora de JDP Caribbean Golf, será la encargada de la parte técnica y organización del evento.
